daddy's boys

I'm so glad when daddy comes home, glad as I can be.... these is the feeling whenever Geoffrey walks through the door. The boys and even Jake run to the door yelling and barking awaiting his arrival. Their dad is the coolest thing to them and I love it!! I love that they are his best friends,it makes me smile to watch how much they love him!

Alex's Shoes

This baby is obsessed with shoes and socks. He loves to go around the house and pull out random shoes from anyone's closet and put them on. He is constantly dragging out socks and asking me to wear them. He cracks me up when he picks some out of mine.

He's trying to bring back daddy's knee sock style from the sixth grade here... And just like Geoffrey he knows it cool too..

twistee treat

Tonight we finished FHE with a trip to twistee treat. The kids and daddy were really excited and this time even Alex got a cone all to himself. He was so excited to get a sprinkle cone all to himself. He loves to feel like a big boy and likes to be just like his brother. I think its pretty obvious that he loved it and ate the whole thing!

Macie & Kate's shower

Tonight we headed up to Ocala for a shower for Macie and Katelyn. It was a lot of fun, and a little bit crazy. The kids all had so much fun, they got to paint, decorate cupcakes, and make dragonflies. Katelyn got lots of neat gifts and the food was great too. Now all we need is baby Merrik to get here and join the fun!!

Lately this little boy has decided that he can dress himself and this is what I get. Boots, and a hat, and sometimes no pants. He just cracks me up how before we get in the car he is scrambling to find a hat and his boots.

His boots are always on the wrong feet and thats how he likes them!

The I Pad

Today daddy brought home a new toy called the I Pad and already the boys are addicted. Daddy and Jayden think its the coolest thing. Jayden loves to watch movies on Netflix on it. He knows exactly how to work it and he has already ordered two movies that came in the mail. Which he loves ordering them and getting them in the mail. Its amazing how the computer nerd gene comes programmed in already.

Easter morning

Easter day was great. We woke up and had a great breakfast, another egg hunt, and found our baskets that the bunny had left us. Then we watched general conference and just ate lots of treats. It was a great Easter.

Easter

This year our Easter weekend started with a party at Grandma's house followed by an egg hunt at the park. The kids had a blast and there were so many eggs for them to find that their bags were overflowing. We went swimming, played, ate good food, and looked for lots of eggs.
