Today we are making our cookies for Santa and the boys are excited. We decorate our cookies outside because who really wants to clean up like a billion little sugar crystals? And because these little pastry chefs need lots of space to create their Top Chef creations. Decorating cookies always goes something like this... a mound of frosting on the cookie, then they lick the spoon and then empty tubes and tubes of sprinkles onto a single cookie. Its a tough technique but these little chefs do a great job. And the finished product looks really good.
