Daddy's 27!!

Daddys' the birthday boy and we decided what better place to celebrate a birthday then Universal! We stayed a couple nights at Loews Portofino Bay and had the best time! We went to the parks, swam in the pool, and ate lots of yummy treats. When it was time to go everyone was wishing that we could just stay a little longer. We woke Daddy up early to shower him with presents and then hit the parks for some fun! These boys really love their daddy! We even found some oreo cheesecake for the birthday boy, which made him really happy!

Today I had Britton come and play with Alex while Jayden was away at Macie's house. These two boys were in heaven when they saw the big dirt hill! These two boys crawled up the hill and would slide down, then go play in the water hose then go back to the dirt. They were so gross when they were finished but very happy!

On our last day at the condo we were loading the car with some of the luggage before heading to the pool and as we were loading our things we noticed that the love bugs were still out in force. We decided to surrender and just pack up and head to aquatica for the day. It was a lot of fun and the park wasn't busy at all. The weather was great and best of all NO love bugs!! We were all so excited to be swimming and lounging and not eating bugs!

Shamu Pool Update..

This is what the pool looked like when we came home from the beach. We are really so excited to see some progress. The boys were way excited to see the dirt, they jumped right in it!

7 years!!

Today 7 years ago we were sealed! I can't believe its been that long! We didn't get an anniversary date but we did get to eat our oreos together! We were at the condo and unfortunately a babysitter is hard to get down there. However we did drag all the kids to Carrabbas for dinner, and you can imagine how romantic that was with 2 grouchy boys and a screaming sick baby.

Geoffrey, I love you now more than ever. I love our life, and family. I look forward to the future with you and can't wait to see what's in store for us. So glad I'm yours for forever.

My first ER trip...

This little guy was so miserable the whole time we were at the beach. He was running a high fever and just was so fussy and not himself. I finally decided to call the doctor and see what I should do, they told me to take him to the ER because they were worried about an adverse reaction from his immunizations. After him screaming for 20 minutes straight we finally decided I would take him.

He was definitely the nurses favorite, they kept coming in to check on him and a couple asked if they could hold him. He was such a trooper, they really put him through the ringer with blood work, ultrasounds, cultures, and x-rays. After hours of being uncomfortable he finally passed out.

It turns out the doctor said he just had a virus and possibly had an adverse reaction to the shots but that he was ok to go home. He had a fever of 102.4 for the next couple of days after we left but it wasn't until we got back home to our house and saw the red rash that I figured out that it was Roseola.

beach days...

It's Cocoa Beach time again!! We are all so excited and ready to have some fun. We played at the beach and went swimming. The best part of the beach is just being able to relax and do nothing. The big boys tried their hand at boogie boarding and they did great! They loved riding the waves in again and again. Landon was a trooper and enjoyed the beach as much as he could with a high fever everyday. The only bad part about the beach was the Love Bugs!! They were crazy bad.

a special treat that we got to see the last launch of Discovery! It was beautiful and we all felt so proud and patriotic.

We did lots of crafts, painted shells, and did sand art. The boys loved all the messy projects and I loved that they were all done on the patio.
