Landon is such a good boy and loves to eat especially mini drumsticks. He loves it when ever he gets one all to himself. He eats it as fast as he can and then he cries and screams because he has brain freeze;) silly boy! (7months)

Lakehouse

The lake house is back!! The big boys (Geoffrey,and Rick) couldn't be more excited! It is a lot of fun to be on the lake for the hot summer days. The kids all have a blast and love tubing, riding the boat and sea do's, and playing in the lake. I think there will be many Saturdays, and evenings spent out here on little lake Gertrude! Lots more lake pictures to come!!

Cars 2!

Hooray Cars 2 is here!! Alex has been waiting as patiently as he could for this movie. Any time he has seen any of the characters on something he stops and asks "Momma, Cars 2?". So Geoffrey and I took the older boys at 10am to see this. They loved the movie and had a great time loading up on the sugar from their GIANT icees' daddy got them.;) They are such good boys and I love doing Big Kid things with them.

I love taking bath time pictures. I love to see the boys playing, splashing, and most of all smiling. Baths are really fun now because all the boys get to do it together.

a Dad-errific Day!

It's Father's Day weekend and we the celebration is in full swing. Friday Geoffrey left work early for a date with me! We went to a movie and then ate at Brio. Saturday we hit the lakehouse. And then ended the weekend with Church and then Daddy took a nice long nap and woke up to his favorite dinner. We love our daddy he is the best!!

Jayden is such a sweet brother to Landon. He is always thinking of Landon and is always willing to share with his little brother anything he has. I love that he is such a caring boy. And Landon really appreciates it when he shares his popsicles.

Look its Hitch! No not really poor Alex got stung by a bee on his ear. His little ear quickly turned into an elephant ear! It looked so hilarious.

summer tradition

So I have started a new tradition to celebrate the beginning of summer and the end of the school year. I put together these summer buckets filled with things that we will do this summer. There is candy, a smores kit, beach balls, glow sticks, chalk, some crafts, and things to make blue icees. I also made up fliers for the Cars 2 movie and their summer camp. The boys came home from school and saw them on the coffee table and went crazy. They are so excited about all the things we will be doing this summer!

Another ER trip....

So last month it was Landon and this month it is Alex. After ice cream and picking up a pizza to eat for dinner we arrived home and Alex said that he had to go potty. I ran him inside to take him and the little guy just started screaming in pain. He was hurting so bad, after talking to him for a minute I decided that we better get him checked out. He was insisting that we go to the doctor and so we all loaded back in the car and headed quickly into Sanford's Pediatric urgent care. It was such a miserable and scary drive there. I was in the backseat with Alex while he was screaming and thrashing around in pain. He couldn't get comfortable and was even passing out from the pain. I was really worried to say the least. Meanwhile Landon is screaming and Jayden is trying to be brave but was really scared for Alex. When we finally arrive at the urgent care they run some tests and after an enema they say he should be good to go home and rest. Well not even 5 minutes after we leave he has another episode of pain, and screaming. We call the urgent care back and they advise us to go to the Hospital so off to Arnold Palmer we go... He finally calms down after we get there. We were at the hospital until 4:30am waiting for all the tests to come back. Alex was such a trooper, he had x-rays, and a 35 min ultrasound! I knew he really was sick because he laid there still as can be for the whole 35 min ultrasound. He was so brave. The doctor finally released us and said they weren't exactly sure what had caused it and said it could be left over from the virus he had earlier in the week. The only thing they found was a swollen bowel. At 5 am we finally made it home and we(Geoffrey, Alex, Landon, and me) were exhausted! Glad to know it wasn't anything too serious. I am hoping this is the last ER trip for a while!!

Shamu Pool Update..

The pool is moving right along I think that it will be done rather quickly. We can't wait to fill it up and get swimming

Landon 6 months

I can't believe that he is 6 months!! Where has all the time went? The little guy is 18lbs, crawling like crazy, and loving every minute he gets to be with is brothers. He is talking saying mama, and dada. He has a big contagious smile and is always showing it. He loves to laugh especially with his big brothers. His crawl if something funny too, its similar to the dance move the worm. I love this tan little boy, his happy personality, and how much he loves to snuggle up to me. He is such a blessing to our family and we enjoy watching him grow up.

Dad-o

This little guy loves his daddy so much and just like his big brother he has his own name for him. Alex calls Geoffrey Dad-o. It's actually really cute, not sure where it came from but to Alex in his mind it makes perfect sense. We smile every time we hear a very loud DAD-O coming from across the house. Alex your DAD-o loves you very much!!

Farewell Briana

Today is Brianna's good bye party. She is leaving to go to Argentina with her parents for a mission. Brianna is such a great girl and we have loved getting to know her. The boys have loved her babysitting too. We will all miss her so much but know that 3 years will go very fast and she and her family will be back very soon.Brianna you are a great girl of infinite worth. You are a special girl with a beautiful testimony. I know you will do great things.
