It makes me smile to see Alex play and imagine. I love hearing him talk to the characters, and play out stories with his toys. I love that he is such a happy little boy.

Cocoa Beach

It's January and we finally get to go to the condo!! We are all very excited about being able to play in the sand, and in the ocean. We all love going to the condo and look forward to being able to play and have some relaxing condo days.

How come the only picture of myself that my Husband takes is this one?!! He was giving the kids a bath and I was in the process of writing my TO DO list for the next day, obviously it was an exhausting process! Maybe a nap should be on my TO Do list!!!

While we were down at Cocoa Beach this weekend, we traveled over to the Brevard Zoo. It was great!! We will definitely be coming back here. We fed Giraffes which was amazing!! You really don't know how big these animals are until you are feeding them and petting their heads. The boys got to touch about a dozen gross lizards, and snakes. The zoo even has a inside play place that the kids were able to dig for bones in the sand, and pretend to be zoo keepers. A perfect zoo day except for the birds. We thought that it would be fun for the boys to feed birds, and fun it was not!! The zoo gives you small cups filled with nectar and then sends you in the bird area and forgets to tell you that you will be swarmed with crazy,starving, birds! It was definitely not my favorite moment of the day! The boys handled it as well as they could but it was a bit overwhelming. Next time we will be skipping that experience. Besides that encounter it was a great day exploring nature and learning new things.

I Love this

I love shopping for decorations and have been searching for some cute Valentines Wreaths. After not finding anything great I searched on Pinterest for an idea. I used this deco mesh at Christmas and fell in love, its the coolest stuff! So when I saw people used it to make wreaths I knew I could do it too. And so this is what I came up with and I really do love it! I think its so cute and bright!

Happy Birthday Natalie!

Every year I say that I can't believe how old Natalie is but, I can't believe that Natalie is 14! I swear the other day I was rewinding Barney for her!! Anyways, so today I took Natalie out to lunch and then had her come with me to pick up the kids so they could sing and give her some presents. We spoiled her with flowers, gifts, a song, and lots of love. Happy Birthday Natalie!! We love you sooo much!!

Magic

Tonight we got to go on a date and headed to watch the magic play. I really like going to watch them play, I just love the fun atmosphere. Its always fun to hang out with Geoffrey and date.

Tonight my parents are coming to babysit and with Grandpa's birthday a day away we decided to throw him a party. The boys were excited to decorate, and wrap all the gifts. We stuffed a pinata, and even had special cupcakes. They loved celebrating Grandpa's Birthday with him!! Happy Birthday !!

The boys got a couple of things for Grandpa. They chose operation Star Wars, nerf guns, and car track. And judging by my Dad's face I think he was excited!!
