Christmas

Christmas is always busy with lots of family dinners and celebrations and this year was no exception. Christmas Eve-Eve was celebrated by going to church with Linda and Rick in the Leesburg ward, which was great they had a christmas program and the music from the Primary and Young Women was beautiful, it really brought the spirit to the meeting. Later that evening we went Lindas and had a beautiful dinner. Christmas Eve we went to Geoffrey's Dads House and had Christmas with Wises. It was a fun time filled with more good food and great family. And I have a feeling that it might just become our newest Wise Family tradition! Christmas morning was spent at our home opening presents and enjoying Jayden's first christmas(which was a blast!) I must add that the boys in my house including Jake our beagle must have made Santa's nice list because they made out like bandits!! Jayden had to take naps in between the gift opening because there were just too many! Oh and props to the all the Granparents for having such great taste and getting him 3 Tonka Trucks..he loves them all!! You guys are the coolest!;) Not to worry though, Santa took care of me too. For lunch we went to my mom's and then Christmas night we had dessert at our house with my dad, Deb, my step-brothers, great grandma Luce, and Rick, Linda, and Natalie. It was a great way to end the day! Christmas 2007 was a great day and full of great family memories, I am so grateful for my family and all of the blessings they bring to my life.

M-I-C...K-E-Y M-OU-SE...

Its Christmas time again and that means we're going to Mickeys Very Merry Christmas!!! It is definately a Teets/Wise Family tradition to go to Mickey's and one that I have to say that I really enjoy, its so fun going with everyone and riding the rides and no one does a better celebration then Disney. This year was great because it was Jayden's first Disney experience. Its so fun watching him take in all the sights and sounds and he loved going on the rides. I can't wait until next year when he can really get into the action and the fun of Disney.

Santa Baby....

Last Thursday we took Jayden to see Santa and he loved it! We were a little bit nervous because while we waiting in line he was starting to fall asleep but as soon as he saw the man in the big red suit he perked up. I just love that we are able to do all of these fun things with him. Its fun to experience Christmas for a first time with him.

How many pictures does it take to make a Christmas card??

A whole bunch!!! Last week I set up my room for his Christmas card photoshoot and what a task this was. I wrapped up a big box and placed him and a whole bunch of tissue paper around him well that was a mistake because he loves the paper! After two days and about 100 pictures we finally had some that would work. He was such a stinker he would smile and as soon as I would hit the button on the camera he would roll over, he has great timing!;)

Jayden loves pizza just like his dad....I gave him a pizza crust to chomp on while I was getting ready for church on Sunday and well look at his face he loves it!! I guess its a good thing since we eat pizza at least twice a week!!

A day with Macie Kate

Today we went up to spend the day with Katelyn and Macie it was so nice to see them. I just love holding that sweet little girl she is so cute. Jayden was a great sport too he just played on the floor with his toys glancing every so often at Macie. It is so funny to compare them to each other even though they are only 5 months apart he is sooo much bigger than her..It is so precious how they look at each other it is almost as if they are saying to each other "hey, I am glad that you're here, it's nice to see you again, I missed you." I just love it!!

Today was the ward Christmas Party and I think that it turned out to be a very nice turnout. We had a chocolate fountain, great food, a sweet spirit, and crafts for the kids. I love my calling and I am so happy that everything went so well. I was thankful to everyone that helped out with the party and for the different auxillaries that brought the spirit into the program. I do love my calling and planning the different events but it is nice to be stress free now so I can do things like Christmas shop:)!

The Christmas Parade

Love the nose sis!!
Enjoying his first parade;)

Today we went to the Mt.Dora Christmas Parade to see Natalie and spot-me. Natalie looked great and besides being 85 degrees it was fun...
