Tonight was Katelyn's Baby Shower. We had a great time! There was a lot of people and Macie got some really pretty things. It was a great evening and I had so much fun giving Katelyn a shower. After all, I do love a good party! Katelyn you're the best sis and I can't wait to see that beautiful baby Macie!!Love you!!

One of my favorite things...

There are many things that I enjoy doing, like making cookies, shopping, hanging with my family, but one of my favorite things is snuggling my boy. I am so blessed to have my little angel baby in my life. One of the best snuggle times is when we are rocking outside and just watching the world go by..I love just holding him tight..sometimes I will even loose track of time and we will rock for close to an hour! We rock and talk about the things we see, or stories I know or I tell him about before he was here. Sometimes he will look up at me with this sweet smile that says "mom I love this snuggling too" it is that moment that I think to myself what did I do before he was here? How did I go without this? I am so grateful for my Jayden and the blessings he brings to our family, I am grateful to know that the snuggling can keep on even into the eternities because we are a forever family.

This morning we met our friends(Kasey,Atticus,Wyatt,Aimee,Colin,Jacob) at the park. It was so much fun! The weather was great and everyone seemed to have a good time. I just love days like this. Jayden loved the swings and even made some new friends. Hannah and Paula met us up there and even got in on the fun. I think there will be many more park dates in our future..

This past week Jayden started solids well kinda, I guess rice cereal counts(wouldn't be my first choice). I was so excited to give it to him I just love watching him experience things for the first time. It is so funny watching his face change to different expressions. I just can't wait to start to be officially able to feed him other things...

Today was our Fall Festival and it went great! I had it at the Farm and we had all kinds of games like volleyball, cupcake walk, hayrides, and a pie eating contest. I think that it was definitely a hit. I love my calling and being able to plan fun activities for the ward that can bring us closer together. I am so grateful for the members who helped out and who came and supported the activity. Most of all I am grateful for Geoffrey who helps me out with whatever odd job I ask him to do just so my activity can happen. This weekend he was a furniture mover,a grocery getter,a decorator, hay ride conductor, and my right hand man!! Geoffrey thank you for all your help, you are really a great husband I love you soo much!! Can't wait for the Christmas party, when we can do it all over again!!

Trick or Treat

Halloween turned out to be a great day, we spent the morning snuggling up to our little pumpkin, in the afternoon we had a Halloween photo shoot, and then later that evening we took our little monkey trick or treating(well we stopped by the grandparents houses) It was fun to get him all dressed up in his costume, he looked so cute even though he was sick. I think that I took close to 50 pictures of him and he was great through all of them!(what a trooper). Grandma Linda's Party was the best! I love going there and I am glad that it has become a family tradition! Halloween was such a sweet day for our family because last year it was when we found out we were pregnant with our sweet baby boy! What a great day!
