Can you believe it's December and we get to pick strawberries?!! I love cold weather around Christmas time but this is one instance when I am actually glad its still warm outside! My kiddos and me are loving that we are able to go play at the patch. The boys are always filthy and look as if they just rolled around in the mud at patch instead of picking berries. While I was there this time we took a much needed treat break and I sampled one of the yummiest strawberry shortcakes, and milkshakes. I think its because its made with the fresh strawberries and its delicious!! I am hoping for many more trips to the strawberry patch this berry season!
I can't believe its December and while the boys are skiing, we are picking strawberries!! Crazy Florida weather! At least this heat wave is producing a yummy treat!
